Navigating the Virtual Conference
This video will provide a short orientation of how to navigate the H5II virtual event. If you are registered for the H5II Conference, you should have received an email from no-reply@pheedloop.com that will allow you to login to the event. You can also go to https://pheedloop.com/highfivepines/virtual/ to login or reset your password. You must use the same email address you entered when registering for the event. If you have questions or problems logging in, you can contact us at events@whitebarkfound.org.
If you are an event attendee with no speaking role, this is the only video you will need to watch. If you will be speaking or presenting at the event, there is additional information provided in a second video below.

We also highly recommend viewing the “Virtual Attendee Training” video created by the PheedLoop event management company. Please note that advanced features related to premium exhibits (e.g., lead retrieval, live video booths) and gamification will not be applicable to this conference.

Training for Speakers or other Presenters
Please be sure to note your conference role when watching this training video. The video is split into four parts. Many participants are only involved as Concurrent Session Speakers and will only need to review Part III of this video. To avoid confusion, we recommend only watching the parts of this video that are relevant to your specific conference role.
Only people who received Zoom invitations need to sign into Zoom during the conference. Most attendees and presenters will not use Zoom during the conference. There are, however, a few Zoom events that are open to the public (non-conference participants). These events include the Tuesday evening community event and the WPEF member’s meeting.
